A & M Outsourcing Ltd Privacy Notice
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) and the Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) the data controller is A&M Outsourcing Limited of 13 Stede Avenue, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3EQ (the ‘Company’).

The Company will collect only necessary personal data (which may include sensitive personal data) and will process your personal data for the purposes required to do so by law. The legal bases we reply upon are your consent, legitimate interest, legal obligation and contractual obligations.
- Collection and use of Personal Data
You may give your personal details to the Company directly, such as on an application or registration form, via our website, over the telephone, by email, via your online portal, SMS/App Message or in person.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- information that you provide by filling in forms on our site at www.a-m-outsourcing.co.uk (our ‘Website’) or one of our partner websites (www.richfield.co.uk) or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. This includes information provided when contacting us in relation to services or completing our enquiry form. This typically includes your name, your organisation’s name, and your position, email address, business address and contact telephone number. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site. Other information we may ask for includes your bank details, National Insurance Number, Unique Tax Reference, Contact Telephone Number, ID (Proof of Right to Work in the UK & supporting documents) and your IP Address.

Our use of IP addresses and cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to analyse aggregate information. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:

- Data Retention
The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time.
We must keep Payroll and Pensions records for as long as legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation. Where the Company has obtained your consent to process your personal data (specifically; full name, address, date of birth, phone number, email, NI number, professional qualifications, right to work information), we will do so in line with lawful obligations. Upon expiry of that period the Company will seek further consent from you. Where consent is not granted the Company will cease to process your personal data.
How we protect your information
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and/or stored at, a destination only within the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff operating only within the EEA. Such staff may be engaged in amongst other things, the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us maybe stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site or online portal, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. - for the purpose of site safety and teamwork when teaming you up with other contractors, information such as telephone number and job title will be shared if you are allocated to work within a team. This will only be shared with members of your allocated team in an attempt to improve site safety and the teams efficiency.
Google Analytics Demographics and Interest reporting
A&M Outsourcing Limited uses Google Analytics’s 1st party cookies to provide additional information on demographics and interests in our Google Analytics reporting.

The Act gives you the right to access information that we hold about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £50 to meet our costs in providing you with the requested information.
